Gorge help/advice

Calling all Ants! I need your assistance. I am meeting my gorge group this year at the gorge campground (terrace), however, due to conflicting schedules, I will be arriving late. We have 2 terrace spots, however, my vehicle will be the third and final one arriving. Any ideas on how I can get my truck into the terrace space since you are only allowed 1 per terrace ticket? Or any ideas on where I can stash my vehicle for the weekend? Or just any other options I have been able to come up with...

cant really help you, never been to the gorge...

but a van'll pick you up from the terrace...dont know much about the parking tho

Wait, and pick up a General Camping pass for next to nothing, if not free, in mid-to-late August on the boards, and leave the truck there.

I have stashed a car at the gas station / Subway in George for the weekend without a problem. A parkinglot kinda between the pumps and the road w/ maybe 50 spots. Problem is you need to get someone to pick you up, or catch a ride in with one of the 1000 cars going right through there, depends on how much stuff you have I guess.

So with a General Camping pass... do you have room to pitch a tent next to your car?

I always love reading through the Gorge threads. I have never been but would really like to go sometime (actually had tickets in 2007 but had to sell them and cancel trip!!!). You can tell it is just such a great place by the way people talk about it.
