Re: What irritates you?
People in "recovery" who are all righteous about it. Last night a friend of mine came into town on business, I did not know until she got here. Well, she was with one of her co-workers, who, despite being in recovery from alcohol "and everything else" decided to drag his ass out to the bars with us. When someone tells you you don't have to come, it's basically a nice way to say you probably shouldn't. If you have problems with temptation don't put yourself in the wrong place. Someone I had not seen in nearly 9 years, wanted to spend quality time, maybe get sum, but dude had to complicate it. I asked my gal friend if he had a thing for her. Nope, he was gay. What a bundle of sticks/british cigarette.. They aren't one in the same, see Louis CK explanation. Sorry if I offend anybody, but he was being a fucking phagocytotic organism. We finally ended up at Dennys at 3am....and guess what, dude doesn't like coffee. He does not use *ANY* drugs, because he is a strong person in recovery. It's like...yeah, that's great, but you are celebrating the fact that you fucked up in the first place...and then recovered from it. Either way you slice it you're a fuck it. Its like, I'm glad for you, and Imma let you finish, but you are a fucking quitter.
