Central Park's Cortez the Killer..

...featuring (more like headling) Mr. Warren Haynes. How does the ants community feel about this cover/performance? Not much is said around here about the cover, and covers tend to arouse mixed opinions. I for one think this performance is a highlight of the CP release, and I would go bananaz if I got to hear this live.

I've never watched or listened to the whole thing. I don't think I'd like it.

Loved Cortez at Randall's '06, was one of the highlights of the show to me.

Re: Central Park's Cortez the Killer..

I've been in love with this one since I first bought the CP collection (one of my first DMB purchases, actually). Warren does an amazing job soloing and the connection between the band and the crowd is just phenomenal. Chills every time!
