You and Me Dance Moves

With the announcement of the You and Me video casting call or whatever you want to call it, I thought I would share my own personal music video of sorts of the song.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXh6fEk278s

I had a broken hand when BWATGGK came out and was on some pain meds when I first heard the album. The ensuing cheezy dance moves seemed to look a lot cooler with a broken hand, but one drunken night in Maine led to our friends us convincing we had to do this dance as the first dance at our wedding. I think the band should hire me to choreograph their "epic video..." you can't teach moves like this hahah. I hope you get a laugh out of this because we sure did.

On a more serious note we did have a pretty cool grooms cake. We had one of our Red Rocks tickets replicated. See pics below, the chef did a great job!

Haha it was even "rehearsing" it with our friends in the parking lot the night before the wedding at the. country club where we were definitely out of place. The wonders of some liquid courage haha.

'm the guy. My wife and I met in college about seven years ago. We were both into the band a lot before we met and had been to several shows, but we've been to like 25 shows or so since and plan on many more. It was destiny hahah.

We had originally wanted to a do a whole DMB themed wedding, but these were the only two parts of the wedding that we truly incorporated DMB. We did do a concert motif though, since we are always going to concerts. We used all the bands we had seen in concert as table names, and made a mix cd as the card holder of some of our favorite tunes. My wife actually scanned all of our tickets and made a cover for the cd with it. All in all it was a great time.

Here is what the tickets looked like then we just printed the names on top of them. It also served as the back of the table names.
