Get a sub next time. Any sub. Look at how frickin monstrous it is.
That entire area has blown up over the past couple of years. It's absurd. Every time I come back, there's something else up.
I think what impresses me the most about Wegman's, above their food and the reasonable cost, is that the place, from the outside, looks like a castle. Like the big castle you have to go through on Level 8 of Super Mario 3.
Any time I'm driving up to the parking lot, I feel like I'm on a mission to destroy Bowser once and for all.
(No, I don't...but I know I'll think this the next time I'm there, around Christmas or so).
By the way, both my father and I are pizza fundamentalists. Floppy slices, greasy pizza, good crust...this is the way pizza needs to be. I think that's why Wegman's impresses me even more...when we go visit my grandfather at Country Meadows (retirement village off of Trindle Road, not too far away), and we agree on pizza (which is what we do when I come home), my dad calls up Wegman's right away. Not My Place or Peppino's on the Pike...no, he calls up the grocery store.
That's true talent, my friends. Wegman's is oozing with it.
