time bomb similarities with "on the river" from grand canyon adventure soundtrack

excuse me if this has been discussed, but has anyone ever noticed the similarites between time bomb and the track "on the river" from that Grand Canyon adventure soundtrack?? just happened to have "on the river" come up on the ipod and i was reminded of time bomb...

There's a little bit, sure. Enough to be a interesting observation.

I'll tell you what I never noticed until now, though, was the shaker repeatedly panning from left to right.

Sure I do. I know it's sounds similiar to time bomb, which suggests to me the song must not be very good.
