As Much as I support this, if they are doing The End, why not do the melody of Golden Slumbers, Carry That Weight, The End?

They should cover their own songs since they do not seem to play many these days.

The amount of covers this year is nothing compared to last. Seriously, people will never be happy until sets contain The Last Stop, Spoon, Halloween all in one.

I will be happy when they play 18 dmb songs a night and then 18 new dmb songs the next night of a two night stand. I am fine with them playing songs I dont like it would be welcomed at this point just for the sake of variety.

Re: DMB Should Cover

How about the Doors "The End" at the very end of the show of course, I could just here it now (cuz I listening to the song as I type) Boyd could do a constant 30 minute solo.

Re: DMB Should Cover

Berman, I was just playing Beatles Rock Band today and thought the exact same thing. I support this idea, it would make a sweet outro to a song, not necessarily it's own song slot. It's so short and full of awesome.

I'm not really a drinker but I know what you mean, I just don't hear them referred to as diners anymore--at least around here.

I'd like to see DMB playing Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (reprise).

Encore Break
Sgt. Pepper's (reprise)
[the rest of the encore]

If they were to cover another Floyd tune besides Money, I think something off Piper would be cool.....Lucifer Sam, Bike, or The Gnome.
