I was wondering what other musicians you all have seen or heard of covering DMB songs?

damn stevie nicks.

i heard neil young did a cover of that dmb song called hey hey my my. i really wish neil would come up with his own stuff every once in a while. really pisses me off that he steals great dave songs

someone said something like this next to me at a dylan show a couple years ago. it's common knowledge amongst dylan fans and deadheads that between the dead and his solo stuff, jerry garcia has covered the majority of dylan's catalogue. at the dylan show, he was playing one of the many, many songs that jerry has covered and this asshole was bitching "seriously? he's playing a jerry garcia song? doesn't he have like 1,000 songs of his own?" i laughed

There is this guy, I think he is unsigned, and his name is Clay Cumbie he does this rockin cover of Say Goodbye and he fades it into What's Your Fantasy by Ludacris. I know it sounds crazy, but it was friggin sweet. He made it work.

Speaking of covers, Roseanne Cash's (with Jeff Tweedy) incarnation of Long Black Veil is pretty damn good.
