I will be there. I love that place. It is right down the street from my house...actually it is about 5 miles, but it is still close. Nice lounge type atmosphere with excellent food. by far the best place on the west side.

Hey, I heard you got to use my Yonder Mountain/DMB Gorge tickets! I was so bummed I couldn't make it. How were the seats? I'm friends with the guys from Yonder Mountain (we golf when they're in SD) and they hooked me up with the seats. Thankfully you got to use them. Apparently, Dave was ripped because a few of the seats set aside weren't used. You saved me!

Great band. Seen them in SD a few times.

Edit: Phx/Scottsdale/Glendale/etc. is an awful terrible place to live.

Was at the show. The show was great. Solos were right on. Even got a watchtower finale! Very nice! I travel to SD quite a bit and will try to see you guys again when I'm there. You guys ever try another guitar and/or trumpet much like a Tim and Rashawn? Just a thought, cause the Dave sound is so awesome with those two added. Either way, great show. One of the best Dave cover band's I have seen.

What's up Myrdal? Thanks so much for the seats, they were awesome! Glad I could help you out, haha... Hope all is well in SD, I miss it down there. I'll be coming down this winter so I will definitely be coming to a show. You guys need to make it up to Seattle!

Re: Tribute Show - Phoenix/Glendale Nov. 6

We do most of our shows as a 6 piece with two horns. One of the horn players can play guitar which allows us to do some of the newer songs. Our second horn player also plays for an international Pink Floyd tribute. PFX had a show in Dallas while we were in AZ so we did the 5 piece. I love the new DMB CD since there's electric on it. I get to do Tim's parts which is refreshing from playing rhythm all the time. Our next show in San Diego (Anthology on December 12) will feature our 6 piece line up. We're working on a surprise "lovely lady"... hint hint... one of Mraz's singers. Every so often we have keys (Jeremy from Sublime tribute "40 Ounces to Freedom"), but he tours all over as well. The $ a club offers us often dictates how many people we have on the gig. Thanks for the positive comments everyone. We're all fans of the music and simply enjoy playing the tunes.
