Dave Solo (Movie) Album

Has anyone heard anything else recently about the supposed solo album Dave is doing for some movie coming out late in 2010? I heard he is doing the music for the whole movie.

I read it in a thread a few months back. Cant find it now, but I have yet to hear anything about it since.

Anyone have any info or a link about this?

I hope not, I had a thread earlier this year asking people if they thought Dave could top Some Devil, if its the solo album in his contract then it would be stupid to do for a movie it would seem somewhat forced

From what I remember reading, it didnt seem like it had anything to do with the record company. I think it might have been he was making a collection of songs for this movie, not for an "official" solo album

I believe it's only a collection of songs written for a new movie. I know of two(?) that he's currently acting in, but i'm not sure whether it's one of them or a movie from the film company he has.

This movie has been in preproduction and on the verge of filming for more than 3 years now. I will be amazed if it ever actually gets filmed with the cast that is listed.
