well just because dmb is in offseason mode doesnt mean that members of the band are taking the fall off, and Jeff Coffins Mu'tet is opening for TR3 a few shows on the tour, well here is a shot from fluffy last night....the boys enjoying some coffee before show time

I was part of a 4 day coffee circle in Ohio with Tim and Fluffy among other awesome guitarists.

No way you went to the Fur Peace Workshop, I had a ticket to the show but couldn't get there. One of the most disappointing times in my life. I always wondered if there was any "coffee" at that weekend, with the quality product that we have out here in OH, I'd be surprised if there wasn't.

Yeah, that workshop was insane as was Tim's concert. Oddly enough I did actually mean coffee, haha. Though we did break just about every rule FPR has while we were there! Other than the no firearms rule I guess.

i'm late on seeing this, but for everyone else go see TR3 with jeff if you have a chance. i saw them last night and they blew me away. Jeff's solos are unlike anything he does with DMB, blows them away, and we all know theyre amazing. TR3 and Mu'tet did a song together during Mu'tets set, then jeff came out later for a song with TR3. I'm so glad I took the ride.

Jeff was also nice enough to hang around and chat with me before he went on with TR3. We were talking about how he has to be the busiest muscian around between mu'tet bela and DMB, and he said sleep and coffee are the key. He loves the different sized venues, and the crowd interaction and intimacy at different venues/clubs. He was so nice and a class act.

It was also my first Tr3 show. They are wild. Amazing stuff.

But you can tell Jeff and Tim get along, they were laughing together on stage. Hugging every time one guested for another. It was awesome to see their personalites come out when they were with theyre own band.

Sorry this went longer then I wanted, but I did want to say if you have the chace go, it's worth it.
