What the hell goes first?!?
When exclaiming a question, which punctuation mark do you use first?

I personally go with a good "?!?" but my roommate likes the "!?!".

Exactly. If its an exclamatory question, you should probably put an exclamation mark so you know how it should be read.

neither is grammatically correct, except in dialogue when needed for empasis.

My vote goes to !? Because the phrase itself is exclaimed and then the whole thing is a question.
