Gotta go with this. I've said it a million times on ants but So What is the greatest opener to any album ever.
It's About That Time is probably my favorite Miles track. Bitches Brew is from another planet. Miles Runs the Voodoo Down is hard to beat. Sketches of Spain and Nefertiti are up there too.
On the Corner is probably not one that jumps out to people because it's not that pure jazz that Miles perfected in the 50's and 60's. It's a cornerstone for soul, funk, and eventually hip hop. One and One is so damn funky! Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure the Talking Heads were listening to Black Satin when they writing Listening Wind from Remain in Light. His influence is something you can still hear in music today.
