"This isn't my beautiful house, this isn't my lovely wife.."

anyone remember this from, I think, the CP Dancing Nancies? This wasn't Davespeak, as we thought...it's from the song "Once in a Lifetime" by Talking Heads. Check out Phish 10.31.96...

Here's all the nancies from '03. Read the notes to see which ones have the intro.

He used it in Minneapolis on 7-9-03. I guess you just thought everybody thought it was Dave's.

just type in 'once in a lifetime' at the archive in song names, and voila, you'll find em all.

Great song too. I'd love to see Dave jam with David Byrne at Bonnaroo.

    Actually, David Byrne's lyrics are:

    "And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house!
    And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife!"

Just clearing that up because that song is awesome and one of my faves.

It was used a few times in 2003, the first time it was used as an intro to Nancies at Deer Creek 8.10.02

It was done as early as 8/9/95, if I'm remembering correctly.

I long for the day where the AM.org's Tour Central is used to its full potential by antsmarching.org's members. It is well overlooked by the comunity.
