Leaving the torrent up for the past 9 hours ive had over 39GB of Total Uploads lotsa people downloading!

For the people saying it takes 2 seconds to download and then won't play, it sounds like you just have the torrent but haven't actually used a torrent download manager (I use Azureus/Vuze) to download the files. This can be confusing because (at least on my PC) when I download the torrent file it says its like 1 GB in size, but that seems to be just the space allocated on the disk for it. You won't be able to play the files until your torrent downloader opens and downloads the whole show. I am downloading this show now and am currently getting an estimate of about 30 minutes to download the whole show.

You can check how much you've actually downloaded by going to your Ants profile and scrolling to the bottom where your "BitTorrent Info" section is. This is updated something like every 20 minutes and shows how much you have up/downloaded for each show. If all you have is the torrent file, it will say 0 b. This is also useful to see what your share ratio is so you know how long you *should* keep seeding shows before you have paid the community back sufficiently.

hey, can anybody help me out here, I downloaded winamp and the file, but when I import it into winamp it tells me its 0:00 seconds long. I also tried converting to WAV and still nothing. Hope somebody can help

I have found that reading the "how to" instructions is helpful. After all, that's what they're for. If you can't figure it out, chances are you're not the only one, so Google it. It works every time. Props to Keith for recording a great show. Mac users should use xAct. It's simple. If you're not a Mac user, shoot your PC and go buy a Mac . Dave would.

I downloaded the show with UTorrent and tried using Flac Frontend to convert to Wav or MP3 whichever one it does.

But when I hit decode on the Frontend it comes up with an error saying Flac.exe not found.

I used to use this program all the time with my previous computer with no problems.

I have Vista now, is there any other program I can use or is there a plugin for Vista...

Ive been to countless shows and this is the first time i traveled to see them play the SPAC and boy was it worth it. I was at the fenway shows and think this one blew it out of the water... i really how they make a live trax of this one, if not its a must dl!.... can't wait for the MA shows this week!

i downloaded the torrent using Transmission and then when i tired to convert (using xACT, Fluke, and MacFlac) i received an error message. i'll post the message below, if anyone knows what this means that'd be great.

This show looks and by all accounts sounds incredible. It's hard to wait the 30 mins for this thing to download. DMB Tour 2008 best in years. Thank you tapers so much for giving us the opportunity to hear great music even when we weren't able to get to this show. Keep up the good work, we do appreciate it.

I hope you recognize the huge impact you have in spreading the music and culture that is DMB. If you have Toast, just drop the flac files in and it will provide you with a list of extensions, mp3, wav......etc...

Thank You for taping the show! I listened to the first two discs on the way to work today, and the sound quality is phenominal! I was really hoping for a release of the show (i've haven't had any shows I've been too released ={) but the quality of this recording makes the need for a release mute. Thanks for lugging all your equipment around and posting these shows within 24 hours!
