Definitely agree, I think the fact that the "new" big east was so dreadful in it's inaugural season last year really hurt the leagues reputation. The conference as a whole is much, much better. Villanova was tested much more frequently this season than last, really like this team.

I'm not sure he 100% should be fired, but ignoring drug testing and academic eligibility seem like good reasons to question whether he should still be the coach.

I would have to disagree. He always argues with the referees' calls and most of the time looks like an idiot when it turns out the ref is right.

He also typically states that the rule itself (not just block/charge but whatever he may be arguing) is a bad rule. So yes, the ref may have the right interpretation of the rule, but Bilas is arguing that the rule is stupid and should be changed.

Occasionally Bilas will miss a call but his views in the overall larger issues of college basketball and amateur sports are pretty much spot on
