Just out of curiosity, I made a playlist on my iPod of MMLP and Recovery and put it on shuffle just to compare. I now agree with an earlier poster saying how shotty the production on Recovery is. The beats and production on MM are so simple, yet so effective. It just seems like on some Recovery songs it's just too much and a little over the top music-wise. Having said that, the lyrics and actual rapping on Recovery is top notch. It's different content than MM but I think on the whole it's almost as good. Now, MM is a classic obviously and he won't ever make another record like that again but Recovery is a very good album. MM is 5/5 and Recovery is 4/5 for me.

easily his most complex.

my favorite line on the album is im the bees knees his legs and his arms.

Punchlines are not as good as SSLP, MMLP or ES

I can't believe I'm addicted to the Love The Way You Lie song. It's so damn catchy...

I'm happy I can say I like Eminem again, haven't been able to since the MM LP.

It's fucking fantastic but my only dislike is the Lil Wayne track. I fucking hate Lil Wayne with so much passion, his voice is like a slimy snake... argh...

But upon further review...you'll like it again.
