Never had Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale but had heard good things about it.

Headed to KY this fall so I will have to keep an eye out for it.

Never was a big 'Belgian' style guy but I visited their brewery and was blown away. Honestly haven't had a bad beer from them.

Not a bad thank you from a buddy for acting as a mule for a few more crowlers. Haven't had any La Cumbre but they are receiving rave reviews locally.

Can't next week. And unlikely the week after. This week is strongest option. Probably gonna cut is short though by maybe a day or two. I think the by week will end Friday night or Saturday. Good enough.

Grabbed the new founders Mosaic thingie today. Really tasty and really drinkable.

Also grabbed Stone XOCOVEZA, Half Acres Oktoberfest beer, and a barrel aged Murderous from pipeworks. Gonna try and find another BA murderous tomorrow for cellaring purposes.

Oh gotcha . The stack of cases looked like black plastic. And with the comment earlier, I might break their sacred law and go with a glass because I almost always prefer drinking from a glass

i think his bigger point was about how the aroma and flavor lasts longer if you leave it in the can. my argument against that is that nobody takes their time drinking a Heady, those suckers are done after 10 minutes tops. there is no reason to ever let a heady sit in a can for a while in order to come back to it as he suggests.

Good golly miss molly that's a good fucking beer. And I don't usually like IPAs. I went glass, as that's just how I prefer my beer.

Smart man with the glass. You get so much more aroma that way and that may be the best part of Heady. Enjoy!!
