Indeed... 2 of my favorite bands doing "Evening With.." tours this year (Dream Theater being the other). Makes me very happy. The acoustic part is most exciting and long overdue (as you said).

Hmmm, this might just get me back out to see them...probably not, but maybe. It's a cool idea but I'm going to withhold judgement until I see some sets, and hear some shows. If I like what I'm seeing, I'll pick up a ticket to the local show (Toronto).

I'm not getting my hopes up however. I have too many times in the past only to face disappointment.

My guess... Dave does a 5-7 song set before the show. Tim will probably be on most songs? Maybe some Carter/Stefan in there too...

This has to mean great things. I wonder they still play 16-20 song electric sets though, or perhaps drop those to like 12-15.
