    I absolutely loved If Only the first time I heard it at Bethel in 2012. Then AFTW came out and that reinforced how much I loved the performance at Bethel. I was feeling particularly "Up & Away" that night at Bethel but that tune has taken a sharp turn to turdsville since 2013 and even more so this year. After hearing Stolen Away this year at Darien and a lot of the taper recordings, the band was able to take a mediocre Stand Up studio track and with the help of Rashawn and Jeff turn it into something much more memorable. I still love the melody hook of Stolen Away though as seen in the AFTW preview videos as seen here:

    Really like the live debut of If Only at Blossom 2012 and the studio cut but it has turned in to designated piss/sit down/get a beer tune the last two years. I'd take Stolen Away but I hope iit gets put back on the shelf for next year.

    Stolen Away on the album is garbage. With LeRoi it was solid, and in the acoustic sets this year it's been great.

    not only is if only worse live but the timing of it is even worse. stolen away for this tour has been acoustic so its at the beginning of the show. If only is played during the electric set.While there have always been piss break songs it kills the vibe of any good thing going. The N1 Hartford show i went to had minarets then #41 and belly belly which seemed a set up for for another great song and then if only came over and it was game over.

    I don't even know what to pick. If Only sounds alright in the studio, live i'm asleep in seconds.

    Stolen Away is nothing special, but nice to see in the acoustic performances. Just not seen 290851390069725607 times in favor of other great acoustic potential that's being denied this summer. (Let You Down, The Stone, Cry Freedom)
