Where is the best place to "tailgate", we went last year and it was pretty much garbage. We are hoping for a better pre-show experience.

They rebuilt Riverdowns into a casino & there is a bar inside, you could try that. There is a bar down the street if you are looking for that atmosphere. If you want to tailgate outside, your best bet is along Kellog where people tend to get there around 4ish or so & tailgate or the Coney Island parking lot...everything could be different this year though since they redid Riverdowns Track

Does anyone have extra pavilion/pit tickets for sale? Interested in buying 2 tickets and would prefer to not have to be in the lawn at Riverbend.

Awesome, thank you. Yeah we went to Coney Island parking lot last year, it was a easy walk, the only bad thing is that we were playing music and drinking beer, it was a little awkward when a few families with kids were walking by.

There will be a gathering before the show tomorrow at Dunkers Sports Bar (about 5 miles from the venue) They are selling their 20 oz draft beers in 32 oz Mugs all day. Domestic and Premiums. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Dunke...89489304443486

so rookie Pit question.....do I get a wristband before I enter the gates? Or once I get inside? Or do they even do wristbands?

Never been in the pit before...Just trying to figure out the logistics.

It seems to change from year to year. The other venues have been doing them at Will call and at the pit. Don't lose your ticket. You need it and the wrist band to get into the Pit.

Is this the bar that plays DMB shows on the TVs/stereo all day? I think last year they showed one of the Gorge Caravan webcasts?

I would like to head down to the show tonight at Riverbend but I don't think I can pull together enough money for a ticket. Does anyone have an extra that they would like to get rid of for cheap? Honestly, $20 is about all I'm going to be able to pay. I can offer sober transportation, though, if you need a ride to/from the show.

This is a long shot I guess, but I have to try...
