In all fairness, it does make sense to wait until TDA and David are back to evaluate the offense. I don't have high hopes for David, but TDA could be a big bat if his early season numbers continue.

In general I do agree that they have to do something at some point. But it'll cost an arm and a leg.

I say give up Gee for Rollins. Move Flores to 2B and shop Murph for something. By the time Rollins is dead, the Reynolds-Herrera Era will be ready and Flores goes to 3B (his natural position).

We are in a terrible rut offensively.

I know he's on the DL (again) but i bet we could get Reyes for cheap. Reynolds and Plaw. That shipped has sailed i'm sure, but it would be exciting to see him back on the Mets. Plus, it would solve the middle IF, and leadoff

Not fond of giving up Reynolds and I think Plawecki and Monell are the same backup behind TDA. They have literally all caught the starting staff a lot. Reynolds though, he just has the tools. If you can survive in Vegas you need a shot in Queens

I was at the game yesterday... deGrom was nothing short of stellar, and Duda has really turned into an all-around above average player. Even his defensive skills have improved from last year. Anyone surprised that this is happening and he worked with Keith Hernandez before Spring Training? I'm certainly not
