the Pats will be fine without Convicted Cheater Tom Brady, safe in the hands of Jimmy G

Yeah, they'll go 1-1 and then he'll be back and be in the AFCCG like any other year

Tom is not a cheater. He's a good guy. The uneducated need to stop spreading lies. The CBA is just a joke. Hopefully the players are learning a lesson. Can't wait for the next strike.

Yeah, cause the players will all of a sudden get smart and good at negotiating.

    Score is 7-6

Can we circle back to this for a moment? The Broncos did this last night and went up 9. Makes even more sense now cause the extra point field goal isn't as automatic.

But following the same logic of coaches being conservative, you almost never see the bolded. If you are only down 7, coaches always take the XP and overtime. They dont want the game to come down to one play, especially if they believe they have the better team and staff in OT.

9 points just ends the damn thing. .

As a sidenote, is there any research into how many teams down by 8 score a TD but miss/convert the 2pt? By "feel", it seems that teams convert that 2pt to tie very often.

Im only looking at that scenario specifically tho, not looking for overall "conversion" rate on 2pt tries
