i'll save her the time of emailing the warehouse. we got put on the naughty list because we asked a friend who's also 17th year (still stings to use double digits there) to put in for a set of D&T paramount for us and we got them on theirs and our accounts. But then it occurred to me that the only ticketmaster thing I had gotten was the parking pass so I naturally assumed that all pit tickets were being will called.

So with that established I'm definitely going to call over there today and find out what time the lots open and that ticket window opens.

she didn't bother to ask about ALL warehouse pit tickets...just ours. so selfish. good news is "they'll be at will call for you. And have a fabulous time at the show." insert eye rolling here.

i ended up emailing the venue, figured i'd get a quicker response and they could reply at their convenience. that was like 4 hours ago.

You may be, but I think there is a transfer tickets option on Ticketmaster. You'd have to see if it's available. I'd also suggest calling them and explaining your situation.

just got off the phone with sandstone. the girl told me they don't have regular box office hours so the will call will be opened at 5, which is when the lots open is what she told me. i'm gonna shoot for being on state ave. outside the entrance at 4:45. she tried to assure me that although it can be a little bit of a hassle having will call only ticketmaster has a pretty good set up and can get people through fairly quickly - just have your photo id. she didn't say credit card but i've already put the one i used with my parking pass. i can totally see myself forgetting it.

Just got back from SPAC this past weekend and can't wait for my first trip to Sandstone. My buddy is hitting Cleveland with is wife this week and next week were r off to KC! What do we need to know about the venue, tailgating, etc that we a first timer should know?

I'm not sure. The last time I was there was when DMB played in what 07? The wife said the one time she had to use will call there it wasn't bad. I mean, they do have them on both sides.

premier parking is the way to go (check stubhub and that ilk). like i said, it's been a while, but as i recall getting in isn't so bad, it's getting out. at least out of the 130th st. side. ever since i parked off state ave/126th st i haven't wanted to go back to the 130th st side.

you'll enter off of state ave and there will be signs everywhere.

as a matter of fact i was just glancing through the 2007 thread because i was sure we had the exact same questions then and because it was 8 years ago and because i'm a geezer now...anyway the overwhelming majority of us suggested parking in the paved lot off of state ave/126th st. Steer clear of the grass/gravel parking lot on the other side.

More to the geezer thing - eight years ago i'd probably party it up the night before. and now? well i have my physical the morning of the show so i'll be drinking nothing but water after about 9 pm. And probably in bed before 10:30 since it's at 9 am.

Kinda wish it was at starlight but excited I wont have to travel this year to catch dave. Anyone know what time theyve been hitting the stage this tour? Ive gotta meet up with a group in shawnee before catching a cab/uber up there.. trying to time things out

Only show I've been to this year is SPAC and both nights he went on at 7:20-7:25 and played till 11:30ish. Last year all shows I went to started about the same time, maybe a hair earlier.
