So when 23 and 24 were priced for pre-order there was a 24.99 price to purchase both of them as a digital download. Was that a pre-order only price? Do I have to buy each one now for 15.99?

EDIT: When you add them to your shopping cart the price is reduced.

I also have an ETA of the 17th, but the tracking says that the package went through my local post office this morning.

If you ordered the CD copies, they should make downloading of all purchased discs on mp3 or flac available on the release date.

I had the same thing. Paid for regular shipping and the tracking notice says my local post office took delivery this morning at 6:13am. I hope to god they were able to stuff it in my P.O. Box. I don't want to wait in line for this. I'll check my box after work.
