Riiiggght, clearly an ammendment added to the Nevada Constitution in 1863 that elevates the power of the union army was meant to stand for all time.

It doesn't matter anyway. As much as Bundy and some rednecks might want to make this a State vs Federal thing, it's really just a Citizen Vs Federal thing.

Also, I don't think the BLM is coming after much of Texas's land. only 1.43% of Texas is owned by the Federal Government. 80.89% of Nevada is owned by the Federal Government.

Well, considering I volunteered to put myself "out there" everyday, I think we can dismiss your ridiculous assertion that I would hide behind women and children. What is sadly comical is the history of federal law enforcement personnel nonchalantly shooting women and children in these type of stand off situations.
