Honestly, I would say 2006, 2009, 2010, and 2012 were all better; at least to me.
The song performances were great as was Bela. For me, at least, the electric set didn't start off well with three repeats from Blossom; a bad taste I didn't get over for the rest of the night.
Furthermore, at the end of the show when Dave brought out the 12-string, having seen Grey St. at Blossom the night before, and Bela being on stage, I said to my wife, "Holy shit, they are really going to play Last Stop." I had convinced myself.
That's why I'm glad Star Lake and Blossom are back to being apart.
It's my own fault, I let my lofty expectations get the better of me.
No setlist watching for me this year. Going in cold is the way to go.
