I couldn't give to shits about our Jacks. We're good a cross country dammit!

It's all about MD...and I do believe we've faired better in the tournament than AZ the past few years.

Meh. It's hard to keep up with a team on the other side of the country. But they are good. I lived in Tucson last year so it's hard not to get swept up in Wildcat craziness. Lute could be mayor of that town if he wanted.

Not Luke Walton, Lute-the coach at U of A. But I do love Bill Walton! Although his son is about as dumb as a rock. But he loves Grateful Dead so I can relate!

My alma mater, U of D, plays Duke in the season opener. That's crazy. We can take them. I know we can. We can take them out to lunch before the game.

that's mighty nice of you guys

Go Devils. They may be a few spots high in the polls, but odds are they're going to be nasty this year. Their little hiatus from the acc regular season championship is over. I hope Mizzou clears all the allegations, I like Mizzou a lot cause i'm a big quin snyder fan(again, go Devils ). This year should be interesting--it's the last year of real ACC basketball. Next year everything starts to... ah, suck. I think ncstate will end up surprising some people this year(including myself). I had all but written them off, but I think they will be much better than expected.

And I thank God for Arizona. Had they not beaten UK in overtime, UK would have had 3 in a row. I don't want to see what Duke did in 91-92 duplicated

3 most hated teams (by me) in college basketball:
    1. kansas (unworthy of a capital "k") - i'm from Missouri
    2. Duke - the yankees of college basketball (although exciting to watch)
    3. UCLA - who can forget that NCAA championship game (no mizzou fan can). they also play Arizona, but domination seems to prevail.

I'm thinking back to back championships. And speaking of good backcourts, give me Billy Edelin and Gerry McNamara any day. Cuse will show that they are still one of the best with when they played Mich St., Mizzou, and UConn.

UNC is overrated. Right now they are not the 10th best team in the country. They will struggle early and get better as the season goes on and maybe be there at the end. If Mizzou can focus on the court they will be good, if not they could struggle

Quinn got a haircut ohh no.

give me a break.... the Jayhawks will kick your ass all over the place AGAIN this year. You Missouri fans never seem to get it. Bragging rights come with wins....I know that is kind of a scarce thing in Columbia, so I won't have to bang it home that the Tigers never won the Big XII. haircut or not, they never will.

UNC is not overrated, May is such a big part of that team. When he played last year they were a very good team. It doesn't matter though... Michigan State is going to be the national Champs. the Spartans are by far the deapest team and very talented. Wake can blow me, what happened to Howard?

UNC is very much overrated. i mean they have a good team and a good coach, but no depth and they had quite a few not good players last year. so unless roy williams is now somehow god and can make crappy players good while playing in the toughest confrence, UNC is overrated. people just want to like them. its sick, theres as bad as duke and dookie v.

wont happen. He can recruit for his type of coaching style. I wouldnt even lock NC into the tournament quite yet. Could be a long year in Chapel Hill will all those lofty expectations.

Syracuse will do better than many think. As long as the freshmen adapt well there is no reason that they couldn't make it back to the Final Four.

However, I don't think we can beat UCONN. They are ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.

I'de be willing to lock UNC into the tourney... I'm fairly confident that they will be over .500 in the ACC
