– Noon Sierra Nevada (CA) Annual Kill A Keg. This event started when we noticed that we were pouring the season’s first keg of Harvest Ale really quickly. It started us thinking, just how fast could we pour a keg of beer? The rules are pretty simple: a 15.5gal keg, 1 person filling glasses out of one faucet.

Oskar Blues Ordeal & Gospel Brunch, Begins / Ends at Falling Rock Tap House, 8 AM – 3 PM
Another round of Oskar Blues fun hits on Friday, but this time you’ll be treated to a “soul-saving Gospel Brunch”! Here’s the rundown for Friday’s Ordeal, which begins and ends at Falling Rock Tap House:
8:00 a.m. – Pick up at the Falling Rock Tap House.
9:00 a.m. – 1st Stop – Hallelujah! Arrive at our Hops & Heifers Farm for a soul-saving Gospel Brunch! Great food, live music, breakfast beers and Mama-mosas… Can I get an Amen?
11:30 a.m. – 2nd Stop – We’re drinking a REEB Rye’d IPA or a Vienna Lager—the house beers at our newest location and home of the REEB Cycles retails shop, the CyclHOPS Bike CANtina.
12:00 p.m. – 3rd Stop – Check out where all of the “other” magic happens and enjoy an ice cold root beer at our REEB Cycles fabrication shop and B. Stiff & Sons Root Beer brewery & cannery.
12:30 p.m. – 4th Stop – Time to hit the mothership! We’re picking up the tab in the Tasty Weasel tap room for (1) Oskar Blues beer (be sure to check out our rad selection of specialties and try some tasters!) and showing you around the Oskar Blues Brewery. Mix and mingle with the OB crew helping put the “RAD” in coloRADo craft beer.
2:00 p.m. – 5th Stop – We’re serving up a Cajun-style lunch and picking up the tab for (1) Oskar Blues brew at our Home Made Liquids & Solids restaurant!
3:00 p.m. – The party’s over, folks. Hop back on the bus and we’ll drop you back off at the Falling Rock Tap House!

Pipeworks Beer Brunch, City O’ City, 11 AM – 2 PM
Pipeworks Brewing from Chicago’s bringing their beers to Denver and they’ve got a great introductory event planned for Friday morning. Head to City O’ City for 3-courses from the kitchen and a bite from the bakery, each paired with a Pipeworks beer. Beers include Raspberry Truffle Abduction, Ninja vs. Unicorn DIPA and Saison du Soleil. Reservations are $45 and can be made by calling City O’ City at 303-831-6443. They’ll drop you off, you visit and drink, they’ll pick you up and then you’re off to the next stop for more of the same. It’s that easy and it runs for 8 freakin’ hours! The 4th Annual Beers Made By Walking event has been announced for Friday from noon – 4 PM at Wynkoop Brewing and will once again coincide with the Great American Beer Festival. The tasting will feature 30 beers that have been made using ingredients inspired by plants encountered during hikes led by the brewers and breweries creating the unique beers.
