agreed, the weather gets pretty rough that time of year in western NY

their flight for sure would get cancelled

any team can be beat any day in the NFL, that's not saying much

Broncos are better across the board though

special teams? fine, i guess you can have that one

RBs?? when Ball and Hillman are on point and the passing game is giving them lanes, their just as dangerous as anyone. definitely better than Ryan Mathews

secondaries are pretty equal too, except for safeties. Weddle is awesome

Steelers get hot and go into Mile high and beat Peyton in the playoffs. Shades of '05.

Chargers didn't practice on Monday. Don't think any team would be that stupid to practice given your first sentence and the short week. Also, SD plays Manning twice a year. Yes, the more time to prepare the better but this offense has so many weapons not sure SD defense would have done much better given 10 days to prepare.

Did you see Gates catch on the 3rd and 20 last night? 9 of Thomas' 30 catches are for TDs. Can say the same for him. Gates is averaging 2 more yards per catch, indicating he is getting down the field more.

Yeah, Ball was lighting it up before his injury. Don't forget we lost woodhead too.

I was hinting that they likely came in for video and tape prep and maybe gameplanning, not to put the pads on. No mental break.

If anything, you should be making exscuses for how poorly the O line looked. Denver scores lots of points that just happens. SD couldn't block anyone last night.

Gates is still useful but he's not even close to Thomas...

Easily the worst unit of the night. I know the Broncos are improved but that was an awful performance.

Plummer is not worthy of "The Snake", darn it. You can't rip off a ripped off nickname. It's unprofessional.

The Snake p much cursed the Buccaneers when he chose to retire instead of play for them after he was traded there.

If the Steelers played the Broncos today manning would carve them up like Bill the Butcher. Final score 59-1.

    59 is generous of you.
Peyton would score every possession so at least 75-80 would be the scoring floor.

Just so awesome to be able to watch someone like Manning do what he does week in and week out, even at his age.

Brady started out 9-0 but has gone 7-7 since. While 16-7 is much better than Peyton's 11-12 record it reflects the team's they're on.

Brady was a key but not THE key to the first Super Bowl. Would he be any less of a QB if a kicker misses those kicks in any 3, and the other team got the ball back and scored?

When Brady improved as a QB his playoff success has decreased. In 2006 I remmeber the Pats blowing a big halftime lead against the Colts and Brady not leading a game winning drive with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. Also had a shot in his best season for perfection and they lost to the Giants. He didn't lead a miracle drive at the end of the game despite being at his peak.

I'm not excusing all of Peyton's post-season struggles but if Peyton was the Pats QB this entire time I believe they have more rings.
