Your base is developing nicely. It is a little rushed but there is nothing wrong with that.

Rushed bases only come into play because they can make wars a lot tougher to win. You don't have to worry about that right now.

For best results you max out everything before moving up a town hall. That includes defenses, storage, walls, troops, spells. It makes things much easier later on.

You're not involved with wars right now so it isn't an issue.

Didn't know that. Why does that make things easier later on? We don't plan on playing in wars for a while. What's your clan's name?

The more people wait to max out their whole base the longer it will take once you start trying to catch up.

The Ants clan is knight stalkers.

I got tired of wanting to upgrade the things I wanted like Spell factory and things so I just kept upgrading the TH. I upgraded a lot of defensive things as far as a I could with the TH I had but after a while, I just decided to get that done first.

Oh ok that makes sense how you're at TH9. Everything I've seen, they advise you to max everything out before upgrading TH. Makes attacks easier and how you're attacked.

How and why? It is trophy count/league that has the biggest affect on that, not TH. I could have a TH10 and have a 1,000 trophy count and get attacked by people that have been playing for 3 months. I fight people all the time with very similar weapons and they have TH7-10 and it's pretty similar all around. It's because we are in the same league.

Why? It's still going to take the same amount of time to get the highest level of everything regardless of when you do it.
Like a max is 30 days or something for a cannon.

You get less loot from every th level below you when you upgrade your hall. Making it harder and harder to accumulate gold and elixir every time you Lvl your hall up

Yeah that video explains it well. Who the hell hits next 100 times though? I get extremely frustrated if I have to hit if more than 10 times or so.

Agree with some of it.
I was maxed at TH7 and some things on TH8. I never saw matches with over a million of anything. Have any of you?

The best I usually see is around 700-800k. I once saw someone lose 1.2 mil gold and elixir and 20k dark elixir. That guy was purposely trying to see what the max was that he could lose.

This is pretty much best case scenario for me. Rarely happens though. I usually settle for 150 k of each ideally.

This is the best case for me as well. I usually go for 150k+ as well.
So in reality, I'm not missing much. I know when my TH7 was maxed, I was getting shitty battles with 100k at best.

Wonder how that kid came across multiple fights with over a million more than once?

I'm a TH9, but finding nice bases takes a search for a good dead base. I used to find a lot a awesome bases like that in silver 2 & 3 when I was a TH8. That was when I was farming for walls.

Th 7 and 8 were great. I could just use barbarians and archers and come away with 250 +. Don't get much dark elixir that way though.

Getting back I got this game. Had a method to my upgrades but forgot what I was doing oh well just going to go at random

New update blows. Seriously considering deleting the app now. Been playing this game for two years and was super into it then they go and change up the formula. I'm getting destroyed two, three and even four times a day now. I've lost 250,000+ gold with each raid. It's not fun any more when they change it like that.

Don't work. As soon as I dump trophies and get down to 700, without fail I get a bunch of trophies dumped on me and I get back over 1,000. Then I get hit and lose a bunch of resources.

WidespreadMule3 is right. Update sucks and I am also considering deleting the game.

Weird. I dropped from crystal to gold league and loot is pretty good for me. I do have to drop down every day though. I get back up to close to crystal quickly since the update.

It happened before the update to me as well. Many times if I dumped like 250-300 trophies as soon as I went offline I would get attacked 6 times in 10 minutes and get almost all the trophies back. Always annoying.

The update sucks for casual players. No cheap shields anymore. I would mostly gain resources by my own collectors and wars. Didn't have time to farm. Now I can never get ahead even though I dropped from 2200 to 700 trophies.

Yeah but I only check in maybe twice a day and do my 2 attacks in wars. Don't have the time or inclination to make armies and attack that often.

I'm kind of the same way. I don't play as much because my upgrades are just so expensive now. I just try to get 3 attacks in a day to balance off attacks on me.
