Also went to a Founders tap take over at River Road Tavern in Bedford, for the NH guys, tonight and had 14' KBS, 13' Curmudgeon and Mosiac Promise. All very good.

Have they expanded their taps? I didn't remember them having very many. Cool place though.

clifton can go screw - forget drunks, commuters on the back roads are the real problem.

you've gotta check out manassas - badwolf and heritage are both solid and tin cannon in gainesville is awesome too. (plus badwolf has some of my photography hanging in there.)

It was my first time, and they seem to have about 14 total taps, 12 of which were for the Founder's beers.

My total haul from SF, all made it home safe in several suitcases. Amazing trip, thanks for the advice. I think I hit basically every bar and brewery I wanted to.

I'm a commuter on the back roads through Clifton

Will make an excuse to go to Manassas shortly. I'm never out that way.

Picked up a fresh sixer of Sucks this week. It had been a long time since I had it. That beer is so awesome and so dangerous.

Also, Madtree is releasing Citra High in cans at the brewery on 4/30 and in stores the following week. Supposed to be even better than Galaxy High, which I'm having a hard time believing. Can't wait to give it a try!

Well, an official announcement was made last night that Bells will begin distributing to Maryland this June. They will begin by sending the flagship stuff to us, with seasonal and special release type stuff to follow. In particular, I was excited to learn that in addition to the 16 oz Two Hearted pounder cans, there will also be 12 packs of Two Hearted 12 oz cans coming!

Can't even begin to express how stoked I am for this! Will be awesome to drive up the street for Two Hearted and Oberon cans this summer and will be an absolute epic event when one of the local shops has a Bells tap takeover on the growler fill stations! Will also be nice to get Expedition, Double Cream Stout, Java Stout, and their extremely underrated Porter! I may even be excited to be able to participate in the clusterfuck that is the annual HopSlam release next January! Good times on the way...some of the local distributor reps say that Founders will soon be following....sure hope so!

    Cheers,
    Scott

MBB is packed and sealed. I butchered the styrofoam, but I was able to get in two bombers, 4 regular 12 oz bottles, 3 cans, a glass, and all the swag.

I have some other good ones still sitting here that I may send in a smaller seperate box as a bonus.
