I guess im just drawing from personal experience but Ive been in the warehouse for 9 years and every time ive had pending charges ive been confirmed....so yeah its not definite but it seems that more often than not if you have pending charges it works out

IMO,the Warehouse is way better than the 10Club.I cant begin to tell about the nightmares from the last few years (their site crashed for the 2011 Canadian Tour,I got shut out of course). The best is when you go to the arena, not knowing where your sets are,and they hand you the worst seats in the building. But that hasnt been the case for me ,for the last few years.I dont get shit seats,I get NO SEATS from Pearls Jams club, and Im in that club longer than the Warehouse.
Amen...I hear ya. I think PJ20 was the only 10 club ticket i have been lucky enough to get in like 3 years.
Happy they are going the lottery route too

I guess my experience is a bit different. I've had pending charges for the full amount and been declined in full. Had full charges for a 3 night stand and been declined for two nights. Had no charges then been confirmed in full. Had full pending charges then been confirmed for lower price tiers.

So, for me at least, pending charges don't really give me any idea of what I'm gonna get.

Hope my $194.50 charges for Philly stick, but I'm certainly not banking on it.

Careful thinking that way as that's far from true. I've had pending many times and then been denied!

I have had several experiences in the past where I've had pending charges and ultimately been declined. It is simply a way of weeding out people from the lottery. If your card is declined during the preauth, you are out of the lotter no questions asked.

When it switches from pending to processing it just means that the request period has closed. At least that's what I get from it.

And temps don't mean dick. Don't be fooled. More times than not, temps have stuck for me. But I've had instances where I had temps and then didn't get tickets.

In 10 years, I've been declined once, and that was for Gorge N2 reserved seats probably 6 years ago or so now. Never had a problem otherwise.

If your tickets were series 9, most of us haven't seen temps for those shows yet...

been a member since 2009 and my seats have been pretty decent. Only deny I have gotten was for Dave and Tim....but then I won those on my radio station so I have had some good luck.
Also, I love the instant ticketing deal they do. Did that for Citifield, got the cheapest seat they had available. We were last row, dead center of stage, but it was fun as hell!

Re: Warehouse tenure/status and ticket locations

I am a warehouse member since I believe 12/5/98. I signed up at the show that night in Albany before the Warehouse went live online. From 1998-2002 I would regularly get seats within the first 20 rows. The first show I ever requested tickets for, 5/20/99 at the Vet in Philly I got front row. From my experience the Warehouse changed forever when DMB announced they were playing Roseland. Everyone signed up for a Warehouse account and it's just felt "clogged up" since then.

I still get good/decent seats but I also still get rejections that I should ALWAYS be confirmed for (west point, roseland etc...). They rejected me for one night of Jones Beach this year. How is that possible? They gave me rear orchestra seats for the other night but its living proof that seniority pretty much means nothing.

For the fall tour, a "GA" floor pretty much takes every good seat out of the picture. To me, if you aren't in the first 20 rows in an arena or pavilion shed, it's all the same. No seats on the floor = no interest in GA for me. So I put in for Mohegan. The best seat they can give me is first row on the side of the stage.... which is not a seat worth bragging about, although it is a good seat.

That being said, I got a meet and greet on the summer 08 tour in Hartford from Warehouse and that experience alone is worth the $490 I have paid since 1998 in membership fees.

Out of curiosity, do we know around what time today that we'll know our seats or not? I just wanna be ready to buy tickets tomorrow in case what I requested falls through

I personally do not believe you will know your seat location today at all. Just the general purchase level that you were confirmed for.
