Re: The New York Mets

Mets need to start pitching and hitting (see: playing) better if they want to make any noise if they get into the playoffs.

The last time they were in bandboxes, their bats exploded. Hoping for the same results in Cinci and Philly.

Congrats guys. 9 years must be rough but I'm happy you guys got in over the gNats. Way more likeable players on the Mets. I can't believe I just typed that.

Booked hotel rooms for both situations, home field advantage or no home field advantage. I hope I will cancel the room for Oct 12th. Do you guys think we will get home field advantage?

We have home field advantage on lock.
With our record at home, and how furiously fucking bad-ass our 10th player is, we should then have this Dodgers series on lock.

I've been such a good boy all my life. I've been so patient.
I just want a WS win with a team I enjoy watching.

Late to the party but congrats, everybody! Mets need to keep their foot on the gas to secure home field. No time to get complacent.

It also looks like Harvey will have a full workload, innings wise, for every start he makes in the post season. I have to believe that if the Mets make it to the WS he will pitch.
