Almost done making my way through this show for the first time (halfway through the last season). Have always seen it sitting there on Amazon Prime, but never felt ready to dive in. I waited too fucking long. It's all I have watched since I started it.

    Edit: I know you may say he was bluffing and bullying her, but I don’t think so. She was smart enough to see through a bluff. I think he was ready to truly shatter her world, and that’s the reason it actually worked. She realized she wasn’t the adult she thought she was.
