I've been refreshing all day today in hopes of getting the Secret Sale today. Last year, it happened on Thursday around 4:30.

I was sitting at home, browsing and refreshing, when I decided it was a little too late to for them to go on sale that day. After one last refresh, I went downstairs, ate a banana, came back upstairs, refreshed, and they were sold out. It couldn't have taken me 4-5 minutes. The worst actual thing to ever happen to me.

when are single day passes available? I have to go to a wedding friday in Michigan. I'm definitely going Sunday and depending upon the schedule I would go Saturday too.

I can't believe how fast the 3-day passes sold out. Are the majority of the tickets sold day passes? Or are Lolla-goers just super hardcore and all bought tickets the second they went on sale?

I'm just happy that I was lucky enough to grab a couple!

Single day passes have gone on sale much later in the past, but the Lolla site shows they will go on sale 4/9 this time which is the same day the lineup is officially announced.

Shit, I didn't see that. Single day went up $5 since I last went a few years ago. The high demand is somewhat surprising to me this year. It'll be interesting to see if any of the rumored acts are there

I read someone's theory on the Lolla boards that the reason that 3-Days sold out in 4 hours this time as opposed to 3 weeks last time could be that they simply made less of them available. Out of the whole number of tickets, a certain number of Early Birds, Souvenirs, and 3-Days were sold, with the amount of 3-Days diluted down drastically.

This means a buttload of tickets are still available in the form of 1-Day passes, but because Lolla knows the demand is so high, they know there will be plenty of people willing to still pay for all three, which makes admission for a large majority of people $285 instead of $235. Simple instant revenue increase without *technically* changing anything besides the number of a certain kind of ticket. Smart.

That being said, I will be one of those people getting all three as soon as I possibly can. That lineup kicks ass.

Looks like they bumped up the lineup announcement to 4/1 and single day ticket sale to 4/3 because of the leak. They originally had 4/9 for both.
