Speaking of First 9, I really hope they do make the mini-series prequel about them. That'd fill in a lot of questions regarding that and I believe, it'd be a great mini-series. I've heard talks of a spin-off and hope they don't but if they do, the prequel is the only way to go.

no way in hell Sutter does a sequel....he told the story he wanted to tell

The only way Sons of Anarchy comes back at all is the First 9...and I hope they do it.

Itll be interesting to see new actors play Piney and Clay...and casting in general will probably be a bitch since we already have images of certain members

I read an article last week that had quotes from Paris Barclay and Kurt Sutter saying there was discussion for a spinoff show. One idea was to feature Chucky - which I think would be an awful show and flop basically immediately. Both said they were very open to the idea. Also, mentioned there was a little bit of push from the FX CEO to do one since he loved SOA so much.

I wouldn't mind seeing a spinoff based on the Pope/Marks/whomever organization. I don't think that's the kind of show Sutter could pull off, though.

Wonder why they didn't just wait until S7 was out to release that. Seems odd to the collective box and not include the final season. Regardless, if I didn't already have seasons 1-4 I'd definitely buy that. Looks well worth it.

Interested in seeing this show. I have feeling it's going to be incredible graphic, because Kurt Sutter and FX. But that's totally ok.

Speaking of Sutter, I coulda swore several years back he said he hated (or strongly disliked) period pieces. I wanna say it was during one of his SOA Q&A's on Twitter during SOA off-season.

Yeah.. it's a bit weird. Get to hear Rhys' accdent on BE, though.

Not the first time an actor/actress has double-dipped on FX shows. Walton Goggins was on Justified and Sons of Anarchy at the same time. Annabeth Gish was on The Bridge and Sons of Anarchy, as well.

I have very little interest in this. Sutter lost me big time at the end of SOA run, I can't imagine an entire series of him over-indulging on his every whim.

I'm thinking this series gets a max of 3 seasons before it's cancelled. Sutter will bloat it down with over-writing, gore and pointless storylines. He'll cater too much to Katey's character. I don't have high expectations for this. SOA will be the best thing he's ever done. FX saw the $$ from SOA so they're going to give him too much free reign in this.

Yeah...the only other SoA thing that needs to come out is a prequel on the Original 9. And that should just be a miniseries. The Mayans were cool but I don't know if a whole show about them would be worth it.

Bastard Executioner sounds dumb and will probably last 3 seasons top. I'm gonna watch just in hopes that I'm proven very very wrong.

I'd rather just leave it alone. We got more than enough of the Sons universe. It was fun (and uneven), but I don't really have any desire to basically watch the same series again.
