As weird as it sounds Rajon rondo was kind of a bust in college. He was here 2 years and couldn't shoot at all and was too selfish to run Tubby smith's offense efficiently. Obviously his NBA career has been up and down but he's hardly been a bust there, however he was nothing special in college after being a much heralded recruit.
Beyond that: Rahsaad carruth, Jason Parker, Michael porter, Randolph Morris, Marvin stone, Ryan harrow, Jared carter, Nate knight, Desmond Allison, and if this year doesn't show a marked improvement in offense and consistency, as much as I love him Alex poythress will have to be on this list. He was supposed to be a one and done lottery pick when he got here and now he's a senior and comes off the bench and will probably not be drafted unless he flips a switch and plays how we know he can more consistently the rest of this season.
All of those guys were highly rated recruits coming in and none of them ever did anything of note in college and never sniffed the NBA.
