Battlefront was so bad

Never picked up Battlefront due to all the negative things people were saying, particularly lack of content. It seems they're fixing most of what was wrong with the original, just wish they showed some actual gameplay.

Put so much time into the original Battlefront games on the ps2.

I enjoyed battlefront but for me it was one of those games that if I don't start the first week of release I feel soooo behind the curve. I end up getting frustrated. I enjoy watching other people play more than actually playing the game lol

I was kind of the same. Some people are quick learners and amazing at shooter games, but I'm not one of them. I pre-ordered so I had it a couple weeks early and I felt behind from Day 1.

Lack of a campaign mode really, really hurt my experience with the game

There are cool game modes but I couldn't get real into it. The air pilot fighting is fun as hell along with hero mode, though.

Its Star Wars. They could could take a shit in a game case put a Star Wars label on it and people will by it. They know that. All they did was reskin battlefield multiplayer with Star Wars content.

Do you have a group you normally play with? If so then I'd use a mic. Joining up with randos I never do though.

This afternoon, one rando with a mic was all like "where the fuck is SlowedCandle*" and I wanted to tell him he and his two dick hole friends hung me out to dry by going all Leroy Jenkins into the shit and leaving me stuck in a stairwell as the whole barage came into it.

I would assume this game was in development a while before BF1 but it was inevitable after years of declining sales and fans making it obvious they hated the futuristic shit. I'm actually pretty excited to see what a modern WW2 game looks like.

Im actually excited for this.
I don't have a ton of time to play so MWR has been my choice of game to play for 30-60 minutes when i get free time and i love it.

Never played trash IW though.

Battlefield 1 was fun but just has never been my style. Still a great game though with how well done it was.

actually pretty excited to see what they're going to do with the new cod. I am hesitant to trust them after all they have done, but hard to imagine how they can screw up WW2 on this new gen of consoles.

I was huge into COD when the games were still enjoyable. This game has the potential of winning me back.

I don't trust cod to make a great campaign at all. I'll check it out through Redbox or something though. Def not a day 1 60 dollar purchase for me.
