any particular highlight about the concert itself? I heard people kept chanting Grey Street's sax melody after everybody except Carter left from the stage, and he kept drumming with the crowd

I read the note on the almanac about this, I'd like to hear/see it; sounds awesome. Plus, just Carter on the stage drumming is cool enough for me!

So far only this instagram post from Rashawn Ross (short clip):

    https://instagram.com/p/8thi2HOfKf/?...vi_shawnieross

And there was something similar at the end of If Only:

    https://instagram.com/p/8tuGcYufDt/?...vi_shawnieross

(From If Only there are some videos on youtube, just search for If Only Lisbon 2015, but nothing about Grey Street so far).

Posted this question in another thread but maybe this is a better spot.
I might be in Germany for work, leaving me a chance to see DMB in Düsseldorf. Since tix still available are General Admission, how early do you need to get in line to try and get a spot close to the stage? Never been to a concert in Germany/Europe so have no sense as to what one needs to do to end up real close.

    Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

Did anyone record the Milan webcast?

I am surprised the two sets thing they tried in Lisbon didn't appear at any other shows. Looked really cool with that format, and sadly no recording of that show!

Hm, interesting setlists, but i´m confused about switching from the advertised two sets to one set.

I don`t have a problem with that, but i think the diversity of the setlists is disappointing.

It`s like Dave thinks, they play to total new audience and plays a lot of the same songs every night. I´ve been to all the last tours since 2007 (sad to remember that 2001 was cancelled due to 9-11, when they were supposed to play my hometown) and i`d appreciate a bigger variety in the song selection.

I guess i`ll have songs like ants marching, don`t drink the water e.g. in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Amsterdam, while other songs i´d love to hear will be missed.

I´d love to hear some of the rarities you might hear in the US, when you`re about to see them three times. say goodbye, shotgun, pigs, jane, the dreaming tree... won`t show up.

With this knowledge, i would have thought about buying three tickets and travel to these places.

I couldn't agree more... With 1/4 of the tour done, there seems to be a clear trend for the hits (Ants, DDTW, Satellite, SMTS, WWYS and not a hit, but Death on the High Seas played every single show), which I don't mind, but as you said, where's Granny, BOWA, Recently, Typical, Minarets, Beach Ball, You Never Know?...

I hope they prove us wrong, but this seems to be heading in the same direction as previous Euro tours, with very predictable setlists, and even though I know I'll still appreciate the 3 shows I'll be going to, expectations regarding song selection are now considerably lower than what they were before the tour started...

    Lazy Dave...

    Lazy Dave...
In this case, I can't tell if it's laziness or just that Dave/the band doesn't think international fans know many of the songs that weren't hits. I do notice that the song selections are a little different than 2010. But I agree, they can throw in Dreaming Tree, Halloween, some of the lesser played songs, and they'll probably still see a solid reaction from the crowd.

You Never Know hasn't been played in a while (damn shame too), Beach Ball rarely gets played here, so those two are probably out. But, I'm very surprised by no Granny and no Recently, those two have seen a lot of play the last couple years. The only Minarets so far was in UAE?!
