Ended up pulling a 9th row single (I had to be sure that I was there and in a decent seat!), and then later pulled two pits. So, if I can find a friend to go with me, I will be selling the single - or selling the pits if all of my friends are losers Will post them in the ticket exchange when the time comes ...

Fan-to-Fan Resale Tickets

What is it?

We began this program late in the 2015 season as a service to our customers. We provide a safe and secure outlet where a customer can sell tickets they no longer can use to other fans who are looking for tickets. We can guarantee the authenticity of each ticket and seat location for peace of mind for both the buyer and seller. This same service cannot be provided on any other third party site selling after-market tickets.
How do I sell my tickets?

Visit the Resell page resell page and enter the amount you would like to sell each ticket for. Then, hit the button to apply the changes. It is as simple as that. Your tickets will go up for sale on our website immediately. If you had previously printed your tickets, you will have to contact us to void the previously printed tickets before being able to list them for resale.
Pricing

The seller establishes the pricing and is typically whatever the market will bear. Many resale tickets will be priced higher than the original face value of the tickets, sometimes two and three times the value. Some customers will pay that premium for the seats they want. Please do not ever pay more than you are comfortable paying for any tickets. We charge the sellers fewer fees on the face value and incrementally higher fees on the amount over face value as a way to encourage reselling tickets for as close to face value as possible.
Why do it?

We feel it can be a great service to many of our customers, especially season ticket holders and other frequent customers that buy a lot of tickets. It gives them the confidence to be able to buy more tickets knowing they can always resell them at a later time if they end up not being able to use them all.

The secondary market has become more and more prevalent in the industry. More people are willing to buy secondary market tickets from third party sites than ever before. We feel that is alright except for one small problem. We cannot provide any services to the customer that bought their tickets from someone else. We cannot communicate important information to them about their tickets or the event because we do not have their contact information. Worst yet, if there is a problem with their tickets or they purchased fraudulent or invalid tickets from a third party, we cannot help them remedy this problem. This happened hundreds of times at our sold out events in 2015 and that is when we decided to do something about it. If we provide this service, the resellers will use our service and we will be able to better service the ticket holders as a result, ultimately.
Why do you allow pricing to exceed face value?

If we do not allow the resellers to charge the maximum they believe the market will bear, they will use other third party sites to sell their tickets, instead of ours, placing us back in the same predicament of not being able to provide quality service to all the people attending our events.
Why is it not always available?

The availability of our resell program is up to the individual artist(s). If the artist(s) do not want this service active for their event(s), it will not be available.
Can I use the layaway program?

Sorry, our Layaway Program is not available for the purchase of resale tickets. Resale tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase. You may apply our gift cards, however.

Just need to share this with some people who can appreciate this. This venue is the closest summer venue to me (about 1 1/4 hours from my house), and I have now secured pits for both nights. Have never been that close for a show - despite being a long-time WH member, I think the closest I have been is about the 25th row ... Really looking forward to these shows, and so glad they are playing here this year!!! I am not young (in my 40s), so I am not sure if I will be up on the rail or hanging in the back of the pit - but I am stoked to be up close!! Bring on the shows!!

Capacity is 8,300 so not really surprised. Both nights full don't even equal one night at another amphitheater such as Mansfield or Hartford.

I'm right there with you! Turn 40 this year, and the closest I've been is the GA floor at the Fleet a few years ago, about 12-15 rows back. Looking forward to an amazing couple of nights in the pit!!

Looks like I may be making the trip up for this after all. Just found out my co-worker has a lake house a mile from the venue which I am welcome to stay at for the shows! Free place to stay makes it much easier!

Now I just need to find the tickets.

My seat locations sound awesome, but I've been fooled before. It sounds like I have 3rd row behind pit. Has anyone sat in similar location for a show there? Sec 1a row 11. Is there any decline so you're just a little above the pit or are you basically the back rows of the pit?

I really dont get it. I have some friends , all first day warehouse members all got Sec 3.How does that happen ?

Well if they were confirmed for uppers ($75 level), then that was the only section they would get.

I got lowers for N1. Ended up with sec 2b row 7. Can't complain at all about that. At least it's in the center! For N2 I got uppers... 3c row 6. Again, centered so I'm happy with it

Pretty happy with our seats. 2b and then 4th row for 3b. Can't complain about the WH this year.

Driving a million hours, taking my daughter to her first ever concert, and the best I could get was 3A...thanks Warehouse. I put in for the $85 seats and made it my priority show and that's the best I did. Not complaining, just disappointed...I wanted her to have an awesome experience and actually be able to see them.

It's a small venue. You'll see them just fine. Even the seats on the side aren't waaaaaay over on the side like a standard pavilion.

There's not really a bad location in this venue. It's pretty small. Your daughter will have a good time even without being close. She'll have fun sharing something with her parent that she knows her parent loves.

I've been a WH member for a long time...not a day oner, but a long time. I got SEC 1 one night and SEC 3 the 2nd night. My friend has been in less time and got SEC 1 and SEC 2. I don't know how it works, but we both live here in NH, so maybe WH gives some preference to people who live locally. These are also the only shows she put in for. I put in for Mansfield and Hartford - denied Hartford, but did get Mansfield.

My point being...Warehouse giveth and taketh. Some years are good, some years are great and some years are bad. I've spent many a nights on the Hartford lawn or Mansfield stadium seats.
