Yeah it's a parking lot they turn into a venue. Phish was all GA so I would imagine it would be the same for dmb. Anyone that can get there I highly recommend it. No bads seats and you can bring in your own booze. It would be cool if they did late night shows in the casinos as well.

Does anyone know if there will be seating or all GA? Capacity is listed at 7,500 for concerts with seating, and 9,300 for only GA, which Phish was when they played here in '11.

Just a small little place on the strip across the street from the Heavenly Gondola. Nothing fancy just a couple pool tables and a bar, definitely has the pub vibe going on.

I'm in Vegas and plan on attending the Gorge this year after getting hooked last year, but I'm STOKED for this show! I was able to sell it to the missus because her b-day is the next day Should be a great time!

Super excited about this show, I live in Reno. I've only been to this venue once for Jack Johnson. Great show and the weather is perfect then! Can't wait for September

I work for the hotel, they just sent an email out today saying that tickets will be GA and reserved pavilion. I'm hoping to get my hands on some pit tickets!

$114 with tax for a 2 night hotel stay at Harvey's is amazingly dirt cheap. So how many people does the venue hold when Phish was there?

We're staying at Doc's too. I've stayed there a few other times, they're actually really nice. It's about a 2-5 minut walk to the show, the cottages are just behind the grandstands of the amphitheater. As far as the lake, it's a short walk or drive depending on what beach you want to go to.

"Lake access" little misleading IMO. There's a gated private lake, about 2 blocks away. I'll assume they give you passes for minimal charge. Not like you walk out of your cottage and BOOM lake front. But it'a quick walk to lake

It looks like you can't book more than 6 months out. But it's only 2.5 miles up the shoreline and has beach access. The reviews say the site and facilities are good. I'm planning on staying a couple nights and making a little get-away out of this.

I think we are going to do Campground by the Lake, its on the California side and about 2 miles away, not bad

Both campgrounds are nice but make your reservations soon. Once they open they go fast and Tahoe Campgrounds are usually booked from Memorial Weekend well into September. Both have good access and are a short drive to the venue.

Yeah Through the Warehouse. It used to get us food and drink, but I am not sure they do that anymore. I hope it gets us a section closer to stage, but usually its roped off on a side or right behing GA pit. We do get a fleece jacket and lanyard whoohoo(finger in the air waving in a circular motion).

Well I broke down and booked Doc's for the time being. I may rather camp, but since Doc's was fully refundable (through late Aug.), this was the easier way to go. The included kitchen at only $25 over camping is what got me. So excited for this show!!! Oh yeah...and Doc's has some pet friendly rooms and I have a black lab that would LOVE Tahoe.
