VT got robbed Saturday! There was no way that the WR committed offensive pass interference on the catch that would have put the Hokies in the Redzone when they were still up 10-7. Instead, they end up with 1st and 25 and have to punt...letting USC take the lead for good.

It would've been a whole different ballgame!

I was at the game on Sat. It was definitely pass interference on VT. The receiver quickly grabbed the DB in order to allow himself to jump back for the ball. Even the VT fans near me said it was a legit call after booing like crazy! That certainly did turn the tide in the game though. That and Randall couldn't hit the broad side of a barn towards the end of the game.

well the replays on tv didn't show anything that looked like pass interference. maybe if they would've showed a different view of the play it would have looked like a good call

I didn't see any of the TV replays. If I were the ref, I would've made the call as well, and I wasn't routing for either team. The thing that does suck, is that the ref who threw the flag was 20 yards up the field and threw it late. The ref right on the play didn't throw one. Sucks that a call ended up swinging the momentum in the game though.

I can see Bush and Leinart both as finalists for the Heisman this year.

What? You have Toledo in you sig, the Gophs will rack up 300 yards, of rushing, in the first half. Yeah, you have a decent quarterback and o line, but how the hell is your defense going to stop us?

    Go Gophs!

It should actually be a pretty good game, ESPN was saying it will be one of the better games in the first couple weeks of the season. It sucks they moved it to a night game, the Gorge gets in the way of everything!

I guess you are a student at UF, and do you know where I would be able to get tickets for the LSU game, besides buying them off of a scalper trying to make a lot of money. Im moving back down to the Jacksonville area this week so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could probably buy them off from a student if you know one that is currently going there.

This the year of the SEC. If Goergia or LSU doesn't take it all I'll be shocked.

My friend that goes there said that they are doing something new this year, that if you have a student ticket you must have a student ID card or some shit like that.

When I went to VT games I just borrowed someones pass that wasnt going and it really didnt matter if it was you or not, they just didnt pay attention.

Id be shocked too. But I think Auburn and Florida have decent shots at making a run for the title too. As long as Floridas wideouts can produce, and look out for the RB from Auburn too, Cadillac or something like that.

If for some odd reason UF loses 4 or 5 games again I believe Zook will be looking for employment somewhere else, which wouldnt hurt my feelings at all.

It wont happen. If he were to coach somewhere else I dont think it would be a school in the SEC or the ACC, unless it was Florida

Hey I'm not a student at UF will be soon anyway. But I live in Jacksonville, and I might be able to find you a ticket. I know plenty of people who might have extras. How many do you need?
