I know right?! I have never shouted roll tide if it wasn't game day. Shouting it at a Dave show? Haha some people just can't move past their dismal season. I will make it a point to work a few roll tides in now. Well done, auburn blake

I went to a jimmy buffet show in Birmingham. about 2/3 way through the show , it had become a full blown bama pep rally. I'm all for having school spirit but damn.....

Please don't roll tide at the concert. I go to Ole Miss and I'm so tired of hearing Hotty Toddy. It's unbelievably annoying anywhere outside of sports setting.

its easy. you guys give me so much material to work with. all in good fun though. I actually have tremendous respect for the university of alabama. its just the bandwagon fans that give it a bad name and yes I know auburn has them too.

Likewise, I respect the hell out of auburn university. I don't let a couple bad fans be a reflection of the entire fanbase. Hopefully you don't think one fuck up (updyke) is how we wish to be represented. Most, if not all, Alabama fans don't condone what he did and wish to distance ourselves from him entirely.

I know a lot of good folks who graduated from UA. like I said, most of the folks who attended the university are fine, its just the Walmart trailer trash ones that give it a bad rep. this is the case with any school though. I just get sick of anytime a rundown pickup truck sees my AU alum tag on my vehicle they feel the need to tell me "roll tide". my fav response is usually " oh, what year did you graduate from UA?" . no hard feelings though, I love Auburn just as many love UA. I just normally don't feel the need to tell everyone not wearing AU gear how great we are. but I look forward to meeting some of you at the show. nonetheless we can all rep the SEC.

Being in OB, chances are you'll see more coonass LSU fans than either AU or Bama. Not sure what it is, but there's always a TON of LSU fans down there and LSU fans are easily the worst!

if the guys bust out "sweet home Alabama" again, I'll allow a "row tide". not likely but just saying. I'm glad the show is later in the tour though. hopefully by this point they will have polished off a few classics. hangout was fun last year but the set SUCKED! I would love to get my 1st Halloween in my hometown. what y'all wanting to hear? I'm thinking a pre show gathering at the florabama is needed. my wife got me a skydiving trip landing at the florabama for my bday. I'm thinking about saving it for show day now.

Let's go for something less crowded than FloraBama, can we? I love that place, but in late July it may not be the best place for a pre-show.

Yeah, that's what I was asking about above - if 'pit' is the general admission layout, that's huge and the chance of getting pit tickets are much better. But if pit is what's in front of the 'lower pavilion' seating version, then pit is really small. The answer is going to make a big difference in how tickets are requested.

Answering my own question - found this in the WH ticketing section for the venue:

Events are reserved seating. Lower level (100) are individual backed seating. Mid level (200) are bench seating with backs. Upper level (300) aluminum bleacher seating with no backs.

That tells me the pit is going to be reeaally small.

Looking at the seating chart on the Warehouse; it shows the entire lower 100 sections to be GA, like Tampa, and Alpine I think. But the above conflicts, interesting.

I have an aerial picture of the wharf, and I have been to a few shows there, but never in the pit. If this picture is right, the pit will be HUGE! Like I said, I have never been in the pit, but it didn't look small. The 100 reserved seating with the actual chairs is a really small section, though. I have sat in that section a few times.
