how does anyone run into a full hard drive in the year 2017? Even if you're running a machine that's ten years old, wth

I've got 9TB theoretical HDD space giving me 3TB effective storage space (RAID1 and external back up, total redundancy) and I'm desperately needing to upgrade. Down to under 50GB room on both my 1TB mirror and 2TB mirrors.

Was never really a fan of What You Are, but I love the version from the Encore Trax and am quickly changing my opinion about the song. Also the Warehouse from the Encore Trax has been my go to Warehouse for the past month. Pretty much the whole damn disc is good.

I think there were some lamenting here in this thread that the Warehouse Edition Encore Trax CD was no longer available, well I just repurchased LT40 with the BD and I received a Warehouse Edition Encore Trax with my order.

I like it once it gets started, but the intro vocals are brutal. That final one before the song starts? It sounds like an old man trying to get out of a chair and just about ready to say "fuck it, I'm staying on my ass" before a last ditch reserve of energy lofts him forward.

I think the Loving Wings from the Encore Trax is my new favorite version.
Don't know if there's video footage somewhere of it, but I can picture them looking all giddy throughout the performance at how good it is.

Absolutely love that song. Very underrated. Carter's groove is so good

Listening to this show for the first time, it's amazing how much of this thread is not related to the performance of this show, can't find any pages that talk about the music

The You Never Know on the Encore trax is absolutely fantastic. The entire release was fantastic IMO. Pig, DIDO, Fool to think, where are you going, seek up, and grace were particular favorites of mine. The only track that I really don't find appealing in any way is Get Up, I watched it once on the blu-ray and safe to say that's the only listen I'll ever be giving it.

It's a very cool moment but yeah I agree with your feelings on Get Up.

Yeah, I can recognize it for what it is, a unique and big deal for the band, but James Brown is decidedly not my thing.

I listen to the bonus disc from this release often when on the subway. A few select tracks from the actual LT get some play here and there. Nice release where the band sounds like the band.

I totally agree. I was lucky enough to be at the show. And yeah it was awesome at the time, but I don't find myself listening to Get Up even for nostalgia sake. Truth be told, I don't think I've listened to disc 2 since I first got it. But disc 1 (Drive through Seek Up) I listen to quite often. The mix is great. The Band sounded fantastic. I will listen to disc 2 again (Get Up included, because I won't just skip it), but probably very rarely.

I actually busted out the Blu-ray again the other day to watch this Seek Up. (Good Lord, what an outstanding performance!) I let the rest of the show play through and was reminded of how great this release is.

I'm grateful that we got this one; it's a stellar live trax, that's for sure!

My lasting take aways after finally finishing the DVD are that Stefan needs to go back playing the slide guitar during GIG, and thank god Boyd wears shirts during shows now because halfway through I would cringe each time the camera would go to him during a solo because his massive bush would always be on full display
