Sure is. Not as bad as Miami was yesterday but I'm definitely not in CT anymore. Pretty pumped to go check out Amway. I've heard nothing but good about it.

The cold weather alone may not stop a free agent from going to a city but in Milwaukee'a case it's just one more strike against that shithole of a franchise.

The NBA schedule comes out on Saturday. That seems like a missed opportunity to me.

Have you been to Milwaukee? Granted it's not LA, NY or Chicago, it's changed a lot from the late 90s/early 2000s when it was riddled with crime.

And let's not act like the franchise is a "shithole." It has been recently, but it has pretty deep rooted history. With the new ownership, I can certainly see things turning around. In fact, had it not been for the Celtics in the 80s, they may have more championships.

Really though, that'd probably be a bad idea. Don't want both of Philly's Men of Glass getting hurt again.

Becauase FAs care about the history of a time before they were born?

Pretty sure FAs are going to sign with anyone willing to pay them. You might not get true max talent, but you can still get solid production.

The fuck they do, especially non Celtics, Knicks, Lakers. No other history even matters.

The Pistons have more history, more recently than Milwaukee, play in the nice parts of the area, and can't get FAs. Nobody is lining up to play there, just like Milwaukee.

Money is the number 1 factor, no doubt, but that being equal, as it often is in the NBA, Milwaukee and Detroit, and other smaller, cold weather markets, are SOL.

Milwaukee is definitely the least appealing metro area I've visited.

The problem with signing a free agent is they're inherently overpaid, and it's often counterproductive.

I'm confident that three of us together would be a better front office than at least 10 teams.
