For what it's worth Damien Rice was playing in Hollywood last night. I am so bummed I didn't get to see him. I went to see Laura Marling at the Hotel Cafe last night and as I was entering there were signs up about Damien performing right after Laura's set. I asked the box office if there were any tickets left, would have been a fantastic night to have seen Laura and Damien at that venue, it's a really small place, but no tickets available. So bummed, but hopefully this means new music may be on the way.

He sent out an email last week about his US Show and his shows in Europe, but there was also a blurb encouraging people to buy Lisa's new album, which was a bit surprising. It made wonder if those 2 would ever get back together for Damian's next album. God it needs to happen.

Just looked at the track list. I have a feeling that song The Box is going to be awesome. There was one performance of it on YouTube with a backing band (several solo performances). The recording of the full band one had horrible audio quality but the song sounded intense and good.
