Warsaw Uprising 1944
I make a similar thread every year to inform these who don't know...
People of Warsaw, even 12 years old. Salute their memory! "On September 1. 1939 Warsaw had 1.300.000 inhabitants. On August 1. 1944 there was 900.000. After the fall of the Warsaw Uprising no more than 1.000 people left in the ruins."
