chord question

I'm trying to learn how to play a song, but can't figure out how to play the chords. The chords are Dm7/Bb, Gm7/Eb, and Am7/F. any help with what these are on guitar and piano would be great.

i don't know all of them, but the dm7/Bb looks like this i think
    --1--
    --1--
    --2--
    --3--
    --1--
    -----

and the am7/f should be like this

    --0--
    --1--
    --0--
    --2--
    --x--
    --1--

obvously there are different ways to play chords, but i believe those two should work

should be able to find your chords. The Slash means just add a bass note to the given chord.

    Gm7 / Eb

That's a funky chord to finger, but if you tune your guitar down a half step:
