**The iPod Thread**

We needed one thread instead of making several different ones so post anything relating to iPods here: problems, questions, news etc.

I'll start off by letting everyone know about these:

Hey, is it too late to jump in on that "free" iPod referral business. I heard it's actually legit.

it should. If it doesn't, that is a bad move on Bose part

i take what i said about the iTrip. The iTrip is awesome but I didn't realize this came with the stand thing. so yeah, it is probably worth it. I just think iTrips are better quality

I hate ipods, though we won't get into that. But I'd like to make a recommendation for those looking for good headphones.

In ear design, most comfortable and easy I've ever used (i used to have these ones I had to twist and shove into my head!) and they're the only "buds" that stay in my ears. And at $20, you can't go wrong. They're of Amazon.com's top selling ear buds.

They sell 'em in white actually. I meant to get them in white cuz my Creative mp3 player is white, but I got them off ebay a little cheaper anyway.

this is why you get the shure e2's. They come with a foam insert that fits any size ear, also the sound quality is badass.

I still wouldn't trust them. I am always afraid that if I move my head too quickly or in the wrong direction, they will just fall out....aka, how the apple ones do

fuck itrip and all those other anoying attatchments. the only thing necessary is something i never see in car stereos: an aux jack where you can plug an L/R cable from the stereo to the audio device, the end.

i'm not sure if this is what you're talking about, but theres a company that has a connecter kit, but they cost something rediculous like $100.
